This vintage Roberto Cavalli evening gown from Fall 2004 is just spectacular. It is made of two kinds of rich burgundy red silk stretch - matte crêpe and shiny satin - that spiral around the body. The visual effect created through these contrasting textures is amazing. The figure-hugging dress has a waterfall neckline with a small hidden weight that ensures that everything stays in place, delicate spaghetti straps and a supermodel length skirt with opulent silk chiffon ruffles that flares out widely towards the hem. The sultriness and drama this gown exudes are beyond comparison. The dress closes with a curved signature zipper and a metal hook and eye.
