All sales are final policy
Due to the delicate nature of vintage retail, Herpium does not accept post-sale cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges, but we are always here to answer all your questions before and after purchasing. Exceptions to this apply and an item can be returned for a full refund if the product is significantly not as described, e.g.
- Damage on product that isn't stated in the item description
- Measurements are significantly incorrect
We try to describe and show all possible flaws. Kindly consider that by purchasing from us you’re purchasing vintage and/or pre-owned items which have been previously used or stored for a long period of time, hence they may have imperfections and/or signs of wear. Colours may vary in their tones in real life compared to your device. Only if there are major damages on products that aren't stated or photographed we will allow a refund. In case of a refund the buyer is responsible of the refund of the goods. Any shipping cost made will be for the buyer.
We use an 1-10 grading system on our pieces.
- 10/10: the product is in perfect condition.
- 9/10: the product is in very good vintage condition.
- 8/10: the product is in very good vintage condition but may have some wear and tear visible on the fabric, light stains, small loose stitches or small holes.
- 7/10: the product is in good used vintage condition but may have some wear and tear visible on the fabric, l stains, loose stitches or holes.
- 6/10: the product is in used vintage condition and will have wear and tear visible on the fabric, l stains, loose stitches or holes.
- 5/10: the product is heavily used and will have wear and tear visible on the fabric, l stains, loose stitches or holes.
We do not sell any products with a grade of 5/10 and bellow.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We charge a 15% re-listing fee and the shippings wont be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
