Crafted from structured stretch cotton, the dress features a halterneck tie, sweetheart neckline, sharply fitted bodice, and exaggerated flared mini skirt with a delicate tulle underskirt adding volume and movement. The design is completed with long, detached sleeves and an open back with concealed zip fastening, creating a dramatic yet distinctly feminine silhouette.
